Posted By Mart Good morning all, We are undertaking building works which will last approximately 20 days. The number of operatives on site will be 10. I believe if i'm correct 500 man hours will be exceeded thus F10 required. Am i correct? Mart

Posted By Mark Eden CDM Legislation applies (pre construction plan, construction plan, health & Safety File) to the project if it falls within the description of the regulations as more than 5 operatives are working on site. Notification is mandatory over 30 days on site or 500 man days Regs 2(4) & 7, paragraph 42 to 51 of the CDM ACOP. Hope this is of some help
