Have written the following as the opening slide for a management training course and would appreciate your opinion and perhaps additional material(clean!.

" Being a health & safety proffesional is like being a sex therapist........

1. No one readily admits that there is a problem,
2. They will tell you that they've being doing it that way for years with very few complaints, so it must be o.k.
3. They don't like it when you tell them they've got it wrong!
4. They can come up with some good excuses for not doing it the right way,
5. They get upset when you show them a better way of doing it,
6. They don't always appreciate being advised on the use of proper precautions, especially if it costs them money,
7. They get upset when you monitor their performance, especially if you're making notes and taking photographs!
8. Most of the time they only phone you when things are going wrong,
9. You are only appreciated when you are solving their problems,"

Thanks Merv.

Didn't think illustration's would fit with 10+ lines on PP unless, perhaps one line with one illustration/cartoon.

Am open to suggestions.
