Posted By Dazmo Hello forum readers,
Quick query. Would a housing association or other housing management organisation have been required to complete a fire risk assessment for communal areas under the fire precautions (workplace) regs?
Any pointers greatly appreciated.
Thanks
D

Posted By shaun mckeever Guess I should qualify my response.
If the communal areas are areas where persons will have been at work e.. cleaners, contractors etc.

Posted By Charley Farley-Trelawney The RRFSO applies to all non-domestic premises, that would therefore in your particular case be a yes.
