I have been asked to complete a Constuction Phase Health and Safety Plan for a site that we have just entered. The one problem is i do not know where to srtart have researched but still do not have the means of completing one. Has anyone got an example that i could base my one on.

You need to get a copy of the Pre-tender health and safety plan which should have been completed by the Planning Supervisor. The plan will then be focused around this until the job progresses.

As pointed out earlier, the pre-tender H&S plan should be provided by the Client/Planning Supervisor.
However I have found a very useful online program available, that is both easy to use and well laied out for these plans.
