Hello

Does anybody know whether there are any changes in the new CDM Regs with regards to demolition?

I would appreciate any assistance.

Yes,

Not all demo work has to be notified now!

It is now in with the 30 days 500 man days rule less than this no F10.

Still have to comply with CDM just dont need to notify

You only have to notify demo projects now if they are 30 days or more or 500 person shifts. One of the many myths of CDM.
