Our company do do their daily checks but the form they are using isn't very good. I've called the HSE and asked if there is a book (like the accident book) where you can fill it out out and keep the sheets as records.
Does any one know if there is a company who does such a book. Or do you have a good form i could have a look at for ideas. Not being that into FLT's i don't really know what should be on the check list.
