Hi Guys,

I need some help on contractor control, I used to have a form that would facilitate a pre-start meeting with all concerned on the project. Everyone would get together and go through the form to arrive at an understanding of how the work would be run safely. I have lost the damm thing; does anyone out there in safety land have something similar I could use please. Have plenty of stuff to swap if you want.
