Posted By Peter MacDonald Quick question Have an accident recorded in the accident book. Carrying out an investigation for client and Planning Supervisor. Can the accident book entry be part of the report or does the data protection prevent this. Cheers Peter

But with personal information about the person/s concerned removed (name address)....mind you, if the information you give can identify the individual WITHOUT personal details being given, that may also have to be witheld ! Unless you obtain the person/s permission, in writing.
