I hope someone in the H&S world can Help. I am looking for suppliers/providers of electronic equipment such as PDA's or mini laptops that can be used to transmit, store, download and upload H&S data such as Risk Assessments, Safe Working Practices, Operating instructions and other company generated documents/data, thus eliminating or minimising the volumes of paper that could be generated. Has anyone any good references for this type of product.
I am also looking for recommendations as to good software specific to the H&S, RA's, SWP's etc field.
We have many field engineers and prefer not to issue standard types of laptops.
All suggestions will be gratefully received.

Colin, I recall seeing many adverts for this type of equipoment in the pages of Safety & Health Practitioner if not each month then quite frequently. Also several stands at safety exhibitions.
Try an internet search putting "electronic" with the items you want to capture.
