Posted By JEB I have been issued with a document with the above reference to Hot Work /Permits I cannot find any refernce to this document on the HSE web site. Does any one have any idea what it is refering to. John

Posted By Taff I think you may be looking for: HSE guidance note EH 54 - The control of exposure to fume from welding , brazing and similar processes. Also available is EH55 - Assessment to exposure to fume from welding and allied processes. Guidance note MS 15 also specifically addresses welding. Hope this helps.
