Posted By phil beresford Can anyone recommend an off the shelf paper Permit to work system. Our requirement is only very occasional, to cover hot work, and roof access.

Posted By David Bannister Hi Phil, your liability insurers will most likely have one ready-to-wear. Also, if you're doing hot work away from your own premises you may find that you have no liability insurance cover for damage arising from this activity unless you specifically ask for it.
