hi
does anyone know what other refresher training should be conducted by a large company, over 350 on site, currently we carry out fire awareness every 6 months and manual handling every 12 months is there anything else we should be doing ie coshh.

your risk assessments will tell you all you need to know
simply draw up an action plan etc from that source
