Posted By David A Cooper Hi All As a result of my research into escalator accidents, for which I am grateful to everyone who has sent me information, I have developed a form for capturing data after an accident involving an escalator. If anyone thinks this may be of use to them please let me know and I will e mail you a copy. Dave
