Yes I know it's like Groundhog day, this issue keeps popping up.

I am aware of the timetable published by HSE ie

- Jan 2007 ACOP published
- 6 April 2007 Regs come into force

My question is - what about the statutory instrument? Is it available? Surely it should be available before the ACOP? Does anyone know?

An article posted on the BSC safetynetwork today appears to be stating that the new regs are going to be delayed again. This is the first I've heard of this. Does anyone know if it is true?
