Hi there,Ive been working as a Scaffolder for twelve years and have been trained to NVQ Level 3 -Advanced.You are right about removing ladders and putting up Hoarding, but if affordable then use security patrols out of hours. Also putting up signage is a good deterrent.Im going for my Nebosh Construction Cert soon so i might need some help back.Good luck. this link has a good sign. health-safety-signs.uk.com/cgi/products.pl?sign=Incomplete%20Scaffold%20sign - 21k -.
