The MOD has a publication which provides advice regarding climatic injuries, JSP539. I have pasted a link to this freely available PDF document. http://www.land.army.r.m...hqatga/pubs/jsps/539.pdf It may be of some use, as it details safety related actions concerning wind chill, hypothermia etc. Richie
