Hi,
I am completing my Masters, MSc in Occupational Health in University College Cork on Occupational Health, my thesis is on H & S awareness of teenagers. I am trying to source a questionnaire that will assess this.
I would be ever so grateful if you could point me in the right direction.

Posted By Sovay Shaw Have you tried looking at the Learning and Skills Council websites? Try their 'Safe Learner' website www.safelearner.info or their main website, www.lsc.gov.uk They have masses of information and even if you can't find what you need there, I'm sure they'll be able to point you in the right direction of someone who can.
