At short notice I need a summary of which UK Regulations and also NR standards changed in 2006, preferably with a summary of each! (Relevant to working on or near the line in an engineering and design capacity).
Does anyone have a presentation or report or something?

You need to subscribe to tionestop.com to get the full catalogue.
That is the only place you will get line standards.
If you require this for link up you should subscribe. Every firm's requirements are different so your standard requirements will vary.
