I should be grateful if anyone can tell me where I can obtain a copy of the report of the official enquiry into the fire at Rosepark Nursing Home in Scotland which occurred on 31 January 2004.

hi, there are prosecutions pending re the owners of the home. Thus the report will not be published until after the court case. It was originally due to be heard in Oct 06 but has been put back to March this year I think.

We are all keen to see the report esp up here in Scotland.
