anyone know if the new CDM ACOP is available yet. I heard a whisper that they are to be delayed again until October but i cant remember where from, does anybody have any info

I read somewhere that the ACOP would be delayed until February, although the Regs would still be out for April.

The ACOP will be out in February (dont know if it will be early or late Feb), the new safety minister was signing off the new regs and ACOP last week.
The regs will then come into force on 6th April.
The all important industry led and produced guidance will hopefully be out around the same time as the ACOP, however i understand there is still not a consensus on the content so when that will come out i'm not sure.

Please read the following quote from Andrew East (HSE) on the HSE CDM Disussion Forum
"The regulatory package is with the Minister for signing.
Subject to his agreement we are still on schedule for 6 April launch.
Once signed the ACOP will be printed.
I plan to put the final drafts of the Regs and ACOP submitted to the
Minister on this site tomorrow.
We have not considered delaying the package as work on it's development is
complete ."
Hope this helps but note the comment "subject to his agreement"
