Hi,

I m shah from malaysia. I really need your opinion regarding the safety training issues nowadays especially the training evaluation part. I m planning to further my study but i need some rough idea regarding the safety training issues. Hope you could help me out and your opinion is much appreciated. Please. thank you. Not sure what you mean, could you be more specific? Providing employee training is both implicit and explicit in UK law. However there is 'on the job' traing and health and safety traing.

If you are thinking of making a career from training alone, then there is plenty of scope for somone in say constuction, provided you have an in depth knowledge of such matters.
