What PPE are we required to provide to contractors working on our site and what does the "employer" need to provide to its employees?
Is it our responsibility of the contractor ??
Any advice much appreciated

It is the employers responsibility to provide ALL PPE whether Mandatory or as required by Risk Assessment.
However the grey line appears with Sub-Contractors - the whole who is the 'employer' arguement.
The conclusion we came to (after much research and discussion!!) was that it was the sub contractors responsibility to provide its employees with all PPE, and if PPE was supplied by us it is charged back to the Subby.
