Hi All,

I have an issue with one of our designers regarding his risk assessments. He furnished risk assessments for our last project, which to be perfectly honest were obviously generic and I didn't find them very useful.

I asked the site manager how helpful he found them, he said he never consulted them after seeing them because they were obviously not really site specific and were more of a generic pack.

So is there anyone out there who may have a pre-appointment questionnaire for Designers that they have found effective.
