My learned colleagues,

Does anyone have an idea where I can find some 'free' information on -building owner's guide to COSHH? I have serched via google and the HSE pages and as yet drawn a blank.

The HSE website publications have several free to download information leaflets.
From the Home Page select 'Publications' and then 'Chemicals'

Indg136 (rev3) 'A brief guide to the regulations' and INDG350 'Idiots guide to CHIP 3' (possibly not the best title to go with) may provide what you need.
