Hi all

This may be cheeky but I am sat here at my desk thinking I cannot be the only one.

Here is my problem followed with what I am going to do about it.

Within my workplace, many peope are employed to carry out a variety of different jobs.

Some of these jobs require occupational health monitoring and a requirement for various types of training.

Being new here I am surprised that it does not have anything like that at all in place!

That is to say, there may be a pre-employment questionnaire but the information is not acted upon, the job descriptions do not highlight training requirements and...well I won't go on as it is a Friday afternoon.

I am begining by reviewing the pre-employment questionnaire and thinking of the long road ahead.

Does anyone have a current pre-employment questionnaire with follow up procedures incorporated into some sort of viable system!?

If so, could you email me a copy.

I am sorry of this is cheeky but I just could not beleive that I am the only organisation without a pre-employment questionnaire which does not have a facility to prompt further action or incoporate that action/checklist within it's system.

If anyone could help I wouldbe extremely grateful.

Many thanks

Mark

Sorry can't help you. I suspect that many organisations do not follow up pre-employment questionnaires for various reasons. Fair play to you though and good luck.

I will check out my company procedures but I suspect the task is too onerous and time comsuming for most people.

Many thanks Raymond!

Oh well, looks like I will have to make an appointment with the HR Director and knuckle down!
