Posted By corinne Does anybody out there have an interesting hazard spotting exercise that they would not mind passing on to me? I am currently writing a health and safety training course for managers and the exercise we currently use is 'old hat'!! I look forward to any ideas suggestions or if im very lucky examples! Kind Regards Corinne

Posted By Chris Packham Corinne We have several for chemical exposure that we use on our courses. Whilst they are really part of our stock in trade I would be prepared to let you have one or two, if you contact me off the forum. Chris (01386 832 311)

Posted By corinne Thanks for the offer Chris - that is generous of you. But I think that what you are able to offer is quite specialised and this course is aimed at managers who are mainly office based so the hazard spotting exercise would need to be very general. But thanks again - sorry to waste your time!

Posted By Paul Daniell RoSPA do a collection of hazard spotting posters which cover areas of the home; Kitchen, Living room, DIY safety, Hall & stairs, garden and the garage etc. I have used these as a starter for H&S courses and found them to be useful. The focus away from the workplace is also useful in getting your delegates to think about safety more broadly. The posters are available in black & white A3 size. If you would like I can send you a couple to have a look at.
