Hi, can anyone provide me with or point me in the direction of guidance on the maximum permitted levels of atmospheric emissions from a waste oil recycling plant. Many Thanks Chris.

Posted By Martin Hartland Chris, You’ll need to find out who your regulator is. For Part A2 activities it will be the environment agency and for Part B activities it’ll be your local council. If you’re unsure call your local EHO They'll give you advice.
