Hi Mohammad.

Think you will get better response if you break down the broad questions in this and your parallel postings.

Otherwise the response is likely to be along the lines of "introduce and implement HSG65 or OHSAS 18001 systems" which I suspect is not the practical guidance that you seek, e.g. as to how to best implement your intent.

or just set out a safety target action plan which is both sustainable and non onerous (incorporating safety, training and environmental objectives) with regular updates

targets set out in theme that all staff can relate to - in a form of a balance score card) (golf course, Formula 1 race track, monopoly board) Each month or quarter the score card is updated in a percentage format, all have worked very well in organisations I have worked for.
