Hi All

Has anyone got a template for cost benefit analysis or know of a cost benefit analysis tool I can purchase any help on this will be appreciated.

You may want to look the following on HSE website.

Your post does not make it clear why you want to do CBA. If it is to make a case to the HSE, my understanding is that they need you to show risks are As Low As Reasonably Practicable, and only in limited cases can CBA be used in the argument.
