Posted By Robert K Lewis Kevin Be careful with some of Ms Abas content as she does tend to minimise the protocols for "Legal Privilege" I find that most companies, particularly large ones, such as your own, need to be reasonably bespoke in their approach to these issues. Without experienced support the adopted procedures can often be inadequate when the need for use arises. Please email me if you want to talk this out further. Bob
