Posted By Mir-cat Does anyone out there suffer the same problem as me in that I send out endless forms (in a variety of methods) and don't get a response? Any suggestions of a good system which people will probably fill in and send back? Help!!!

Posted By Ian G Hutchings Mir-cat I think the best thing to do is just ask people. You can phone them later and ask what they thought. You can still use a form and complete questions as you ask them. You could also try the online form builders. These are normally quite inexpensive and you can email out your own set of designed questions. How about offering a prize draw! Maybe you should also check the forms to see what real data you get from them and how easy they are to complete. What type of service is it in the main? Ian

Posted By Mir-cat Fire protection systems. trouble is we are the nominated maintainer for a large transport company who dictate (oops sorry suggest) that we are used as we maintain. This often serves to annoy the contractor / client so it is difficult to get unbiased feedback anyway. We revamped the form and still got the same response - don't have time! However, we may go down the route of the online suggestion you made. Thanks

Posted By lewes We once offered £10 M&S voucher for the return of the questionnaires regardless of the comments. The only problem is that you could still have a lot of yes / no answers as people just want a free voucher. It may be that you offer the voucher but have answers where they have to write as apposed to tick boxes
