Moore Dear All Can anyone tell me whether it is a legal requirement for a company employing vegetation clearance operatives to make and retain records of where herbicides have been sprayed, which herbicides have been sprayed and in what quantities? If so, which piece of legislation mandates this? Thank you in anticipation. Paul
