Posted By Linda Westrupp Rachel Are you in local government? I am afraid I cannot 'see' your e-mail address but if you would like to send me a blank copy of the form your LA is using I would be happy to give some tips Linda

Posted By jackw. Hi, We, like most LA have gone through this, thus you have my deepest sympathy as generally the models used are difficult to manoeuvre. Only real advice is get a copy of all the paperwork, guidance etc and try to home in on the areas that you can generate the highest score on. As an aside, our TUs voted in large numbers not to accept the outcome..result it has been imposed upon us with probably a worse end deal than we would have got if we had just accepted it. Call me cynical but I firmly believe that the model chosen is geared to fit the outcomes already decided upon-- no big increase in overall pay/labour costs. Cheers.
