Posted By Davelfc I have just ordered an ACOP for the CDM for my company, with a view to construct a presentation from a Principal Contractors Point of View and likely impacts. Unfortunately I am probably not going to have it in time to conduct a briefing for our management on changes. I was hoping someone could be so kind as to assist, I will be making the presentation specific to our industry in high rise and would be willing to share of course. I am conducting the presentation on Monday and any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Dave

Posted By Davelfc Teresa, Many thanks, I will take your advice. All, I have already ordered copies of the ACOP from HMSO books and hope to have a copy before the weekend so as to build the presentation, though the Statutory Instrument is very clear. I have been to a number of bookshops which i won't advertise on the forum, has anyone any ideas if there is a bookshop out there who has copies as I checked two of the largest and they say they don't expect to see it for 10 days? I would have preferred to have read a copy before doing my presentaton Dave

Posted By David AB Thomas It's my understanding that the presentation used by Andrew East (HSE Construction Sector)and his team to brief Inspectors will be made available shortly on HSE's website (as were the Work at Height Regs. training slides, a couple of years ago).
