Posted By CFT Can someone answer a question please? Where the HSAWA (schedule 8 transitional provisions with respect to fire certificates) makes reference to the 1971 Act" means the Fire Precautions Act 1971; {1971 c. 40.} "1971 Act certificate" means a fire certificate within the meaning of the 1971 Act; I fully realise the RRFSO is now a main stream piece of our legislation and as such the above Act (FPA & FWR) are repealed and replaced by the RRFSO. Does it therefore follow that the HSAWA will be altered/amended to reflect the changes made or will the incorrect referencing continue? Just curious. CFT
