Posted By May Warley Hi all, My company is currently training me up to be the H&S/QC for our site and I will only be taking my first H&S course - Managing Safely in April. One of my colleagues has just passed me 2 certs to be kept in her training records. They are certs with CIEH and were obtained in June 2001 - Intermediate Food Hygiene Cert and Supervising H&S Cert. My question is are both the certs still valid or does she need to take up refresher courses? Thanks May

Posted By Alan Nicholls May Health and Hygiene is not my area, but as with all training there are legislative changes from time to time, so refresher training after 3 years is good practice. I would suggest you contact CIEH and ask the question yourself. E-mail them on info@cieh.org This will give you a definitive answer. Hope this helps a little. Regards Alan N
