Who should sign the Statement of Intent and where does it state who signs it .......... or is it just a general "Senior Manager" and not specifically the Cheif Exec ???

Simple answer would be the most senior person within the company. This then demonstrates a commitment from the very top down.

Ours is signed by Chief Exec and Chairman of the Trustees; Trustees in business terms would be the Board,
