Does anyone have a copy of the new F10 or its successor.
I've looked on the HSE website and they still have the old one, with two weeks to go!!

No it is not, however if you look at paragraph 18 it should be available via www.hse.gov.uk/forms/not...cation/fl0hseoffices.htm) or can be completed
online (at www.hse.gov.uk/forms/notification/fl0.pdf), however it does not work yet.

I attended a seminar at which Andrew East was a speaker. He said that the new F10 would be available on the HSE website on the 6th April.
