Wondering if anyone has a template for the above (and completed one at some stage)

Would also help if discussion could take place for anyone who has the spare time

Hi Steve
Give me a call 0161 909 3462. We have a template we use when carrying out risk assessments in our student flats and offices, but it does go into more detail than that as you have to have some knowledge of the buidling regs. This is a good template that is basically a tick system with control measures.

Cheers

Yes, no problem either give me a call with your e-mail address or fax number. I can send you a blank one and one that we completed last year on one of our sites. Give me a bell and i can explain.

Hi Tracey,

If you click on my name it will give you my email address. If you can email me the blank one i will give you a call when i have had a look over it. Might make more sense to me that way

Cheers
