Good morning all.

I've developed a Generic Fire Risk Assessment for the construction phase of five and six storey timber frame apartments. However, I want to make sure I get it right first time.

Does anyone have any examples of similar assessments so that I can compare and contrast my assessment to? I wouldn't normally ask but time is very, very short before I get it out and need to get it done.

Thanks,

AlB

I would suggest researching the fire in Hendon last year where the timber framed residential buildings burnt down during construction.
