We've had a chap who has "gone over" on his ankle on a construction site causing tendon ligament damage.

The Contractor have asked us to provide them with a report, which I've done, however one of my actions includes a toolbox talk on general site conditions (such as uneven surfaces etc., keep an eye out etc.)

Does anyone have a TBT on such a topic that includes uneven surfaces etc.? A search on the net has found not a lot.

cheers,
Ian.

Surely in the time you have spent searching and posting you could have written a simple TBT on site housekeeping. An observation not a criticism. Meanwhile, in case you are not a safety practitioner or do not have access to one, below is a short list of subjects under the heading - Good Housekeeping.

Site tidiness, cables and hoses, tools and equipment, good lighting, tripping and falling hazards painted white or marked with hazard lines, stored site items barriered or coned off.
