The main one I have is from the CIA, but is dated 1990. I am currently writing eye and face protection for supervisors to train them in the requirements. This forms part of a training programme on all PPE elements that I am part way through producing. The course includes the following: Anatomy (basic) Legislation Hazards: Chemical, mechanical, radiation (ionising and non), & general Risk assessment (COSHH and general) Controls Signs PPE (types and maintenance of) First aid Hygiene Prescription glasses/contact lenses DSE requirements Special users eg FLT drivers CE marking and BS standards Have I missed anything? Any assistance greatly received.
