Posted By Jim Walker I'm trying to explain (in simple terms)to the workforce, how near miss (near hits really!) reporting can effect "real" accident rates. One way would be to explain via a pictorial of one of the various triangles. Can anyone point me towards a nice graphic of Birds (or one of the others) I can cut & paste into my document. Googled "bird's triangle2 and got some stuff about Canadian Geese!!
