Hi
Would anyone have a method statement and risk assessment for conducting construction work under a live railway bridge?

You need to be more specific as there are a host of possible situations that match your brief scenario. After all is it:
a) Work on the bridge structure
b) Railway running over or under
c) Actual removal and replacement
or
d) Some other activity?

Railway is running over. There will be some building underneath the bridge and also to the side.

In the first instance, it would be advisable to make contact with Network Rail and inform them of your construction plans. They may want you to work to certain guidelines and may impose certain restrictions. See the following web address for details:
