Posted By MAK Hi all, I just remembered a news article whereby a Principal contractor on a construction project was prosecuted when a young person get onto their site out of hours and injured him/her self I believe it was the safety news website which provided this article, however I've just found this is now closed Can anyone else provide an example or a link to where i can find details of any similar cases? Ive tried the term attractive nuisance on the forums and tried the HSE prosecution website, however the latter's search functions were not entirely helpful. Thanks Thanks
