Previously use to work for a scaffolding company and all our training was undertaken by Safety&Access Ltd, they always provided a good service. link below:

Hello Alan

I work for CITB (now known as ConstructionSkills) and I am also very disappointed at the lack of contact you had regarding scaffolding training.

I would like to apologise for the poor experience you have had. We do care very much about our customers and would love another opportunity to get this right for you.

Please can I ask you to email your contact details to:

nationalconstruction.college@cskills.org

I will ensure that the appropriate person responds to your enquiry as a matter of urgency.

Jo
