They come out and model your process, in your case corrective actions, and then set it up the system to this specification. The front end is web based so can be accessed from internet or intranet. One of my clients has bought it and is using it on a major engineering construction project for document and quality control. The system logs and stores all incoming documents, drawings, as built info, etc from designers and contractors, it then tracks and collates reviews form the Client's project team, tracks further revisions and ultimately builds a databook of the completed job. If you are looking for a single user system this is probably going to be a bit OTT. But if you want controlled multiple user input, tracking close out and reporting this may be for you. regards Andrew
