Posted By Amanda I will be conducting Accident Prevention and Investigation to a group of 8 Supervisors. I was hoping some colleagues may have some simple accident case studies they would be willing to share. Kind Regards

Posted By Amanda Darren I have thought about this, unfortunately the persons on the course have been with the company many many years and I am worried they would be able to 'spot' the accident. Many thanks for your reply
