Posted By Steve McCarthy Hello all,
I have been asked to complete an IIF plan for our Company to a large contractor. Now I understand that IIF is Incident & Injury Free but other than that I am at a bit of a loss. Can anyone enlighten me?
Thanks

It is a set of actions that your company will take to achieve an incident and injury free workplace.
You probably have the template from the client company, which includes safety leadership, communication, supply chain etc. etc.
You need to clearly state for each area what your company is doing, who is responsible for each objective and the timescales for completion.
This will very much depend on your current performance and business environment and culture. I would therefore suggest that this is tailored totally to your business. Unless of course it is only seen as another hoop to jump through to carry on with the contracts.
I would be happy to review the document for you when you have completed it.
Kind regards
Ian
