Posted By ANDREW Am I right in my interpetation of Riddor regulations in that if a visitor who injures themselves (bump on head)and goes to hospital for a check up the following day (no injury after check up)then strictly speaking this is not reportable because they did not go directly to the site.Any thoughts as I was in a training session the other day and was told it was riddor because the person went to hospital. Posted By David G C Not reportable A injury of somekind may have occured to the person between the time the person (with bump on head) arrived home that day and the subsequent visit to the hosiptal the following day.
